* feat: scan images

* turn matrix off for now

* split build and push steps

* add load: true

* split build and push in 4 separate jobs

* replace matrix with input

* try default value

* fix outputs

* add git checkout step

* remove matrix reference from single github build

* try to use required env input variable

* try steps with env check

* set type properly

* test other approach
