What's Changed

Identicons are rendered visually similar now by rendering them scaled up at size where pixelation errors are negligible and scaling to target size.

Docs are done properly now. Tests were moved to docs and file operations were mostly removed from tests.

Unnecessary auxilary development code not specific to this crate functionality was removed.
