This is a runtime-only release. Beyond a few minor tweaks & improvements, the main change is the inclusion in the runtime of the pallet-withdraw-teleport pallet, which allows to teleport Trappist's native token (the HOP), as a foreign asset, to the Rococo AssetHub.

After the runtime upgrade will have been performed of the Trappist on Rococo chain with this new runtime, the network admins will configure HOP as a Foreign Asset on the (Rococo) Asset Hub, which will then be able to act as a reserve for HOP tokens. It will then be possible to perform reserve-based transfers of HOP from the Asset Hub to other parachains on Rococo, without the Trappist chain being involved.
