We're watching the release tags so we know when to update the software on our cluster, but the latest tagged release was in 2017 and it looks like there was some significant work in 2018. If this is significant, would you tag a new version for this? Thanks!

I've the same question. We have found your tool to be very useful and would like to document the version used for our ngscheck runs on set of samples.
