Generating binary pattern files for other tools

Hi, thank you for this amazing tool! I would like to implement this for other species (e.g. mice) using the fastq module. I can't seem to find a documentation about generating my own .pt files. Could you summarise the steps or direct me to a link where I can find this info? thank you!

Hi, try patterngenerator/makesnvpattern.pl. You may need to run make in the same directory first. And you probably need bowtie installed in your PATH.
