v0.1.0 - Particl Wallet Testnet release

The first public partgui testnet release is now available.

Please note this is not a stable release, and is currently only built for testnet.
We encourage you to help us test this wallet out and log issues so that we can get
it to a point where it is stable and user friendly.

We have decided to release this on testnet, but anyone who wants to run it on Mainnet can build it from source and it will run.
The Particl Wallet currently uses the daemon from Particl Core v0.15.0.2.
It will automatically download and run it.

Anyone who joined us in a previous testnet will either have to remove their testnet/blocks and testnet/chainstate folder, or run the gui using ./particl -reindex
