Changes from the original sources:
  - ft8d.f90 is updated and working
  - crc14.cpp is replaced with crc14.c
  - hardcoded values are replaced with parameters in baseline.f90 and ft8b.f90
  - input format is changed to complex samples at 4000 samples per second
