Final decision on using the CM3 and the Waveshare IO board

We need to determine if we're gonna forward with the Waveshare IO board and the CM3 or a CM3L so that we can return these items before the return window runs out.

i would say we should try to switch to CM3L unless somehow we can figure out how to boot from sd with CM3, or at least thats my vote

ok well given that the return by date more than likely has come and gone, we will be off loading opencv processing to a remote machine
