docs: tutorial for self-hosting frontend #4679

Describe your changes

Adding a "tutorial" explaining how a user can self-host a frontend, for use with Prax or whatever else. This content is basically a copy/paste of the guide written by @grod220 and initially stored in the minifront repo [0].
