K8SPXC-1392 fix KubeAPIWarningLogger .metadata.ownerReferences contains duplicate entries

CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
We try to duplicate ownerReferences for object svc cluster1-haproxy-replicas.

Cause:
Short explanation of the root cause of the issue if applicable.

Solution:
Delete extra place when we try to add ownerReferences
ownerReference will be added here https://github.com/percona/percona-xtradb-cluster-operator/blob/main/pkg/controller/pxc/controller.go#L513
