imxrt-multi: add PCT2075 I2C temperature sensor

Added driver for PCT2075 temperature sensor to imxrt-multi.

Description

Implementation is the same as NCT75 driver already in the repo, but is integrated with the multidriver.

Configuration (bus number and device address) can be defined at compile time through board_config.h.
