Shared repo for ELON: Epiphytic Lichen Observation Network

Overview

Includes:

1. Deep-learning image segmentation: process daily imagery to detect lichen growth in 'near real-time'.
2. Demographic Distribution Models (DDMs): projection population growth rates onto a landscape.
3. Wavelets: detect coherence between 2+ time-series (population growth vs climate) at different lags.

Installation

Install the package from github as follows:

install.packages('devtools')
devtools::install_github('phytomosaic/elon')
