Enhancement

Currently, we can use S3 SDK to access Alibaba Cloud's OSS service, but there are the following disadvantages.

  1. We need to include AccessKey/SecretKey in the URL, even if TiDB runs in ACK. This is not a secure authentication method.

  2. Even if we can provide Oss OIDC credentials provider to aws sdk. But there are still some features like Presign that are incompatible.
