kvclient: adjust logs to reduce duplication and make not too verbose

What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #11788

What is changed and how it works?

• add more field to the log when the ddl is received at the very first time
• remove verbose duplicate log, just print the job id should be fine in the later logs
