Color Palette and Chat Colors

Usage example: %MAP-0C% will give the map box the color Yellow on Row 0 Column C on the table below.

Chat colors chat in BH_Settings and for %notify-X% where X is 1 to 13 of the following. Can also use the pallet table below for %notify-x%.

Examples:

%Notify-11% will give the color PURPLE in chat notification for the ItemDisplay line specified.

//The below line in BH_Settings will give messages from *chat a Yellow color
