Why

Closes #4081

What's changed

  1. Replaced the trial banner with a new design that mentions the first project incentive.
  2. Added First Project incentive docs to the glossary page

Where are changes

Updates are for:

  • platform (sites/platform templates)
  • upsun (sites/upsun templates)
