This will change the sane default of the SSM command to not require a profile. Gathering the list of instances does not require a profile and simply leverages the built-in boto credential methods. As such, this will bring the ssm command template inline with the instance gathering. Profiles continue to work by default but now you can also leverage environment variables for credentials too.
