This allows handling RakNet protocol versions correctly and makes it easier to support a variety of older Minecraft: Bedrock protocols.
Note that this is a BC-breaking change and requires support in both
RakLibIpcandPocketMine-MP, as it affects theServerEventListenerinterface by adding a$protocolparameter toonClientConnect.
