The project includes a set of test data that exercises the various features of the tool.

There is also a 3rd party "Super Size My Repo" Tool that can generate files, folders and metadata in the format the Bulk Import Tool expects, and offers some nice control over file format(s), folder sizes, file/folder ratios etc. This can be used in conjunction with the Bulk Import Tool for loading an Alfresco system with a large corpus for the purposes of performance testing and tuning.
