- Add options to provide WM/GM/CSF segmentation maps (probabilistic map: value 0 to 1). WM map is used for seeding; GM/CSF maps are used for stopping - Add option to provide a stopping mask (label map)
- Update UI for seeding/stopping options - Update to handle when different seeding/stopping options are provided

This update includes the use of WM/GM/CSF segmentations derived from the DDSeg method for fiber tracking seeding and stopping.
