While identifying the metabolites that contained carbon in their structure, it was found that some metabolites had a wrong chemical formula. A Python code is being developed to correct this issue.

2m35mdntha_e --> C14H11N5O8
35dnta_e --> C14H11N5O8
3h4atb_e --> C6H9O4S
