💡 [Feature]: Improve /manage chat command to show response error message

Currently, we do not show error message coming from the command. But sometimes this message may be helpful so we should present it. For example we may get something like Content type with name document not found which is good to show in chat response

@nicodecleyre I extracted this one from the initial issue you wanted to take which was/is on hold due to refactoring to prompt-tsx approach. If you are still interested we may start working on this fixup
