* Remove the note template release part * Doc clean * Keep the simplest raw docs * Update docs * Move benchmark file header to the maintain folder * Clean the template node docs * Update README * Fix reviews * Add README for each of the crate * Move HEADER-APACHE2 * Update module to pallet * Unified doc style
