A first version with all sections started following the existing design.

Main features:

• Create firebase database with two collections for speakers and talks.
• Populate database collections with data mocks until to have the final data
• Create components for Speaker and Talk units
• Create layout for all website sections following the defined design (Home, Speakers, Schedule, venue and Sponsors).
