Envisioned workflow: The Google Sheet is open to the world for people to add content to new rows (with the already-written rows being protected so that only certain people [i.e. the CEG folks] can edit). There would also be a column in the sheet that is protected to CEG which indicates if the item is ready for publishing. When we run the script, we only publish those rows that have been vetted.
