Maybe you could remove all columns that are completely empty/filled only with n/a, but beyond that it's all good, I think.

@TCLamnidis will reach out to Piya to ask him for the genotype data... unless it's by David's lab, in which case we can copy from AADR.

Piya confirmed via email that the exact genotypes should be available on the AADR, and also noted that data for the same individual have been previously published as part of Lipson et al. 2018. This paper adds sequencing data from 2 libraries to increase coverage.

OK we discussed yesterday that we will pull in the Genotype data from the AADR in this case, as the data was in fact generated in the Reich lab. Any volunteers to do this?
