Thanks for preparing this .janno file! I see the following issues

• LEU034 and LEU051 have an entry in Contamination_Meas, but not in Contamination and Contamination_Err, which renders the package invalid. The three cells should be set to n/a for these two individuals.

Maybe you could quickly have a look 👍
