What is the current behavior?
In the single line diagram documentation, in dark mode, the SVG has no background, which makes it hard to read.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
I added the attribute forced-white-background on the SVG, to improve readability in dark mode.
Does this PR introduce a breaking change or deprecate an API?
