Modified README.md for more clarity (contents headings, statements, and links referring to license and statements on contributions).
Added LICENSE file to root level of repository to be recognised by Github and also linked to this in context of the README (so that elements under different licenses are not ambiguous).
I thought this would be helpful as when I browsed over the Praat repository for personal use and to look within the code before employing it for personal uses, I was confused about contribution guidelines (I had heard Praat was open-source) and also where to find these contribution guidelines/license details.
In addition to this, I believe there are some placeholder elements of the License text that have not been replaced with Praat-relevant information.
I am aware that license information can be found within the website and also docs/manual but this is not immediately obvious, so I hoped these edits would help new onlookers locate this information more readily.
Let me know if anything needs to be changed or rejected, or if I have done anything wrong in the modifications I have made.
Any constructive criticism is appreciated!
