Moving to blue build provides better control over system files, flatpaks and installed packages. The docker package repository and engine have been added as part of the update but not x11. Will install x11 again later down the line for hardware that doesn't function under wayland but this will be done after testing of the ISO. Before merge the ISO will be tested on a laptop to ensure everything works from install to daily usage.
