Fix: Improve file syncing with ':cached' in Docker Compose development #3300

Fixes #3246

Changes:
Updated the docker-compose-development.yml to add ":cached" in volume mounting for mentioned issue.
I have verified that this pull request:

  • has no linting errors (npm run lint)
  • has no test errors (npm run test)
  • is from a uniquely-named feature branch and is up to date with the develop branch.
  • is descriptively named and links to an issue number, i.e. Fixes #123

Thanks so much for opening this solution!

Although I think it's a good place to start at to try to fix the file syncing issue, I'm not sure if it might fully resolve it since it seems like adding the :cached flag is no longer needed as it's already set as a default in Docker Desktop 2.4.0. I'm sorry that we couldn't get this in, but please feel free to continue delving into this or check out our other issues!
