Feature Request: Add a method to ignore commands sent via direct private message, except from owner users

I'd love to see a feature implemented in which you can disable all responses to private messages sent directly to the bot, except for when the owner user sends something because the owner user needs to be able to talk to the bot and get responses.

What's the feasibility of getting this feature added?
