Switches to a tree of componentes instead of a flat list. The main, root component is now the image itself. Subcomponents of that component are all the components we could find in the image. The component in the metadata holds only basic information and metadata now. And properties. Fixes: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SBOMER-156
