This gets the build time in Actions down to around 3 hours, which isn't ideal still, but at least it finishes well within the 6 hour timeout.
Building Python packages from source in emulated
arm/v6andarm/v7environments is the main contributor to this.I've tested the new container image on
arm64during a local launch and had no issues.
