- Remove BaseScheduler initialization and usage - Use automatic agent registration for PersonAgents - Explicitly register NeighbourhoodAgents with the model - Update step() method to use AgentSet methods for agent activation - Maintain original activation order: PersonAgents (shuffled) then NeighbourhoodAgents - Remove unnecessary scheduler.add() calls
