Remove ol add local sprites checkbox (#242)

* remove openlayers; add local sprites UI * remove OL as this lets us focus this repo on the MapLibre style for the majority of users. * add UI for using local sprites instead of spritesheet from GitHub pages. * onClick -> onChange
