When using a custom
StringFormaton OxyPlot'sTimeSpanAxis, negative signs are not displayed on the axis labels. This seems to be a bug(?) in .NET'sstring.FormatforTimeSpan, which OxyPlot uses internally.This is fixed by adding a negative sign when a custom format is set.
