OPL Will Not Save Settings To SSD. Automatically Goes To USB Drive.

• I have checked existing OPL issues for duplicates and found none
• I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

OPL will only save settings to USB drive and wont create the folders for ART, THM, ect. under in the +OPL folder. I have wiped my SSD and tried to reinstall several times with no luck. If I remove the USB drive I get error saving settings.

Saving to HDD Works in the latest build but artwork Still doesn't work.
