Might just be a Markdown/GitHub quirk, but a few of these links don't go where they say they do. For example, "https://github.com/rapier1/hpn-ssh " links to "https://github.com/pscedu/psc-wpdocs/blob/dev/hpnssh".

I think there is something going on with the merge. The code in my repo doesn't have any links like that. I don't actually know how to resolve this.

I think I know what was doing it. The MD format for a hyperlink is [text](link). I had the link in the text section and not in the link section. I just pushed that change.
