[BLOG] 3k stars and a history of Pulsar

We hit 3k stars back on 06/06 and I planned to make a celebratory announcement as we did with 2k stars. However it was recommended that maybe we could use this as an opportunity to celebrate and explain the entire history of the project going back to Atom - information that exists in various places but has never been put in a single timeline before. How atom started, how it fell, Atom-community and the formation of Pulsar, that period of rapid development in a million places and "all hands on deck" work in the 6 months between the sunset and Pulsar 1.100 that all went on before we had a blog.

As mentioned on Discord I'd very much like feedback on the factual accuracy of things and in particular on the areas I'm not so familiar with that isn't part of searchable history and pre-dates my involvement with the project (decline of atom development and what the community thought, initial plans for atom-community to take over, the split etc.).

@savetheclocktower thanks for the comprehensive review there. Glad you picked up on a lot of things, so many mistakes I glossed over which were a result from constant re-wording.

There were a few elements where I was happy with the majority of the suggested changes but there are some that don't quite sit right, some technical (markdown links and branding names) and some stylistic.

I'm hesitent to push some other changes in just yet as I know dealing with the "outdated" tag is a pain but I still need to:

• Make sure "VS Code" is consistently referred to as such.
• Change any instances of BrE preferred "Licence" is altered to AmE preferred "License".

Sorry for taking so long to get caught up enough with the timeline to be able to confidently review this -- in-between juggling some other stuff.

Anyhow, this is the feedback I can give at the moment.

As it turns out, I don't think the Atom Community section needs changing. It seems to check out after I reviewed historical posts, I don't see a ton else that needs saying or anything that in retrospect needs corrections, etc.
