Disable accurate previews for PF tests

This change disables accurate previews for the PF tests as accurate preview rollout for PF is blocked on #2660

The first commit here are the code changes and the second one is test recordings.

• Disable accurate previews for PF tests #2752 ◀
  • Add a fallback for detailed diff replace decisions to ensure detailed diff is presentation-only #2747
    • SDKv2 Only return a detailed diff if a diff is detected #2750
    • Re-enable detailed diff replace tests for SDKv2 lists and sets #2751
      • Add SDKv2 Detailed Diff tests for Computed properties in sets #2740
        • Refactor SDKv2 set detailed diff tests to correct files #2741
