Add auto mapping (#344)

* Set up [bridge metadata](https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-terraform-bridge/blob/master/docs/metadata.md)
* Apply resource/datasource auto-mapping.

Some resources/datasources are still tweaked to remain backwards compatible. Backwards compatibility can be verified because there are no changes to bridge-metadata.json or schema.json.
