Appfog

This is a howto for installing pump.io on AppFog.

1. If you don't already have one, sign up for a new AppFog account at https://www.appfog.com/.
2. Go to the AppFog console at https://console.appfog.com/
3. Choose the "New App" button.
4. In "Step 1: Choose an Application", choose "Node".
5. For Step 2 and Step 3, follow your heart.
6. Click the "Create App" button.
7. From the AppFog console, click the name of your app to get into the settings.
8. Click the "Services" button, and click the "Bind" button next to the MongoDB database to bind a new database.
