What is PyMine?

• PyMine is a Minecraft server software based around Python and asyncio, kinda like Paper or Bukkit/Spigot.

What makes PyMine special?

• PyMine is based around Python, which makes development time faster, and the software itself easier to mod.
• In addition, we plan to implement an expansive plugin API which will make it super easy for developers and admins to create their own plugins!
• PyMine also aims to be faster than the vanilla Minecraft server software, which is a difficult goal but one we think is possible!

How can I help?

• To become an official developer, you must have experience in async Python, networking, etc... head over to the Discord and ping us in #chat!
• Otherwise, feel free to fork the official repository, create issues, or create a PR!(Make sure you check out the CONTRIBUTING.md!)
