fixes #3611

Add a section to workaround the infamous Linux "Breaking System Packages" issue.

I cannot update the instructions for the READMEs that are in other languages, I suppose they would have to be left outdated for now.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

Expands the README.rst Installation section with explicit pip installation commands for pygame-ce (notes on using pip3 where needed), adds a Linux-specific explanation of PEP 668 "externally managed" errors, and lists recommended solutions (venv, pyenv, uv) plus an optional --break-system-packages note. The Help section is unchanged.

Pre-merge checks and finishing touches

❌ Failed checks (1 inconclusive)
Check name Status Explanation Resolution
Linked Issues Check ❓ Inconclusive The raw summary indicates that the PR adds a Linux-specific "Breaking System Packages" section with explanation of the externally-managed-environment error and provides recommended solutions including venv, pyenv, and uv. However, the summary does not explicitly confirm whether the specific --break-system-packages flag workaround mentioned in issue #3611 as "the simplest" solution is documented in the changes. This is a critical detail from the issue that cannot be verified from the provided summary alone. To conclusively validate compliance, please confirm that the updated README documentation includes the --break-system-packages flag as a documented workaround option, as specifically requested in issue #3611, in addition to the virtual environment and alternative solutions mentioned in the summary.

Check name Status Explanation
Title Check ✅ Passed The title "Update README install instructions for linux" is concise, clear, and directly related to the main change in the changeset. The raw summary confirms that the PR adds a comprehensive Installation section expansion to README.rst with Linux-specific guidance on the "Breaking System Packages" issue. The title accurately captures the primary objective of updating installation documentation for Linux users.
Out of Scope Changes Check ✅ Passed All changes in the PR are contained to README.rst and are limited to adding Installation section content addressing the Linux package management issue. The raw summary confirms there are no changes to error handling or control flow, and only content augmentation was performed. The modifications are entirely focused on addressing the objectives outlined in linked issue #3611 regarding Linux installation instructions.
Docstring Coverage ✅ Passed No functions found in the changes. Docstring coverage check skipped.
