Integra la herramienta padpoes a los github actions.

Esta herramienta sirve para agregar una serie de revisiones automáticas en los PR:

Los inline-comments son creados utilizando github problem-matchers

Hola @Bgeninatti una pregunta.
Si habilitamos esto solo marcará las entradas fuzzy, vacias, memoria, etc o fallará el build?

Tenemos el caso ahora con 3.11 que tenemos que dejar unas entradas en fuzzy para que el build pase.

Hice un rebase con la rama 3.11 y pasa el build.

Estuve revisando el caso el problema reportado en #1845

Entiendo que siempre que haya una entrada que contiene el string :ref:Availability <availability> hay que marcarlo como fuzzy. Es así?

Se me ocurre que podemos agregar un chequeo en padpoes para poner una revisión automática en esas entradas como esta #2110 (comment)

que te parece?
