Minor bug fixes

Bugs fixed post upgrading the SQLAlchemy and Jinja2.

Security upgrades

The dependent packages such as jinja2, markupsafe are upgraded to overcome the vulnerabilities posed on those respective package versions. We removed the the support for older python versions, check supported versions before using this version of jinjasql

Feature upgrade

This includes the identifier clause for better usage of dynamic keywords
