This PR adds the
TryFromPrimitivetrait to theMcp23017andMcp23008enums. They already implemented theIntoPrimitivetrait, but especially to deserialize the enums, it makes it a lot easier if theTryFromPrimitiveis implemented, especially since it's just a line of code.
