DISCLAIMER: ALL CODES CREATED FOR DISGAEA 3 THUS FAR REQUIRE VITACHEAT VZ06, DUE TO MEMORY SEGMENTATION (B#### CODES), AND BECAUSE OF THIS, YOU NEED TO BE ON A 3.65+ FIRMWARE IN ORDER TO USE THE CODES IN THE PSV. HOWEVER, THE DOCUMENTATION ON THIS PAGE COULD BE USED TO HELP CREATE CODES ON LOWER FWs/VERSIONS OF VITACHEAT.
The exp mod increases your Max EXP which will cause your NEXT EXP to go down and level you up, if that makes sense. Just turn the code on then off while you increase the number based around your character's Maximum EXP and you'll go up a bunch of levels. Your exp bar will roll to the right of the screen but all you gotta do is go into a battle and leave or just summon that character into battle.

Use VitaCheat to edit values (see How to Use Modifiers).
Using the 1st slot in your item bag, you can change not only the type of Innocent, but how many as well.

xx is where you add the Innocent values. See Innocent Digits below.
Unsubdued Innocents (orange faces) cap at 270F (9,999)
Subdued Innocents (smiley face) Start at 2710 (10,000) and cap at 4E1F (19998)
So basically when you have 9,999 unsubdued innocents(orange faces) and try to increase the value to 10,000, you'll get 1 subdued innocent(smiley face) and it goes up from there.

You can't increase fixed Innocents no matter what so no 10000 Cat Burglars, I tried. You can however, add more fixed Innocents to different slots but the effects doesn't seem to add up so again, no 8 sloted Cat Burglars to increase the chance of duping.

Anything else is Jobless
Jobless are your dummy Innocents and they show up on any number that isn't in the list and also have no description when selected. Armsmaster, Artisan, Evility Lover definitely aren't in the game normally and their description is left in Japanese.
*Fixed and cannot change the number.
This is an address chart for item data in Disgaea 3, where 1 item which is exactly 1B0 in bytes in size. The addresses won't be exactly the same in your game as the game uses segments but this chart is more of an example on seeing where everything is at. So if you're wanting to know where an item's beginning address starts then its the very first Innocent number in the very first Innocent slot.
