Also fix timezone: there is no America/Boston specifier; America/New_York appears to be the right timezone for Boston.

Adds the speakers we have so far, and their respective abstracts and bios. More updates to come as I get abstracts and bios from folks and as we find new speakers.
Adding rash-demos to the list of deps was my attempt to get the full build to work, and that got me past one of the issues, but then I encountered another with the blog so I gave up and just built the RacketCon page by itself. So, I'm happy to drop the dep change commit.
